ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
MASOC AND MATSA are pleased to announce this call for papers for their fourth
annual regional pre-conference and conference scheduled for April 10 - 11,
2002. The conference is designed for professionals to share new ideas,
refresh current practices, network with other providers, and welcome new
professionals to the specialized field of sexual abuse/offense. MASOC and
MATSA first presented their statewide conferences in 1993 and 1995
respectively. In 1999, they combined their resources to create the first
joint regional 2-day event with state-of-the-art workshops for over 600
participants. In the year 2001, we added a research track. The 2002
conference enrollment is expected to reach 650+ participants. We invite you
to submit workshop proposals for both the half-day pre-conference workshops
held on April 10, 2002 and the 90-minute to 180-minute conference workshops
held on April 11, 2002.
