ABOUT THE
CONFERENCE
MASOC AND MATSA are pleased to announce our Call for Presenters for our ninth annual regional pre-conference and conference scheduled for April 9 and 10, 2008. The conference is designed for professionals to share new ideas, refresh current practices, network with other providers, and welcome new professionals to the specialized field of sexual abuse/offense. MASOC and MATSA first presented their statewide conferences in 1993 and 1995 respectively. In 1999, they combined their resources to create the first joint regional 2-day event with state-of-the-art workshops for over 600 participants. We anticipate the 2008 conference enrollment will meet last year’s participation of over 800 participants from across the nation. We invite you to submit workshop proposals for both the half-day pre-conference workshops held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 and the 90-minute and 180-minute conference workshops held on Thursday, April 10, 2008.
